this is the webmaster tools tabof the yoast seo settings. here you can verify your site easily with the specific webmaster toolsfrom several search engines. let me take google as an example. if you click on this link it will take you to the verification page on google search console and there you can choose how to verify your site under "verification methods". it will often give you a couple of different options. for this one we want to use the html tag option.
you can just copy paste the entire html tag, put it in here and the plug-in will automatically grab the bit that it needs to give you the proper code in the front page of your site. after that you can just click "verify" here and it works automatically. as you can see i have already done that for this site.
